Our guest is... criminal lawyer Roberto Tardelli, known for his firm stance in defending fundamental rights and for his forceful criticism of the injustices of the Brazilian penal system.
Tardelli was a public prosecutor.and has worked as a political commentator for CNN Brasil, DCM and 247 (Giro das Onze), he is also author of the book Nothing Has Changed: Law and (In)justice in Brazil, in addition to hundreds of articles published in the press.
A devout follower of Article 5 of the Constitution, Tardelli offers a critical and passionate perspective on the role of law and citizenship in times of setbacks and social struggles.
